The journey that led us to Helix is as unique as each of our lives. We all share at least one thing in common: an alignment with knowing at a soul level that we are here to be of service and support.
Who Are We?
We are a collective of graduates and founders of The Helix Training Program, licensed therapists, guides, mentors, coaches, psychospiritual counselors, and initiated energy workers.
We have studied with various academic, indigenous, and spiritual teachers before, during, and beyond Helix and have embodied and integrated that wisdom into the work we do to help others like us.
We are dedicated to the practice of ongoing learning and personal transformation which allows us to maintain an impeccable space for people who entrust us with their care.
